As a global leader in tax and consulting services, EY needed to refresh its digital brand system and modernize its core workflows. As a part of Code and Theory’s Design Transformation team, I worked closely with EY to develop an innovation program rooted in rapid development— proof of concept prototyping, agile processes, and the integration of new technologies.

EY's digital brand language was due for a refresh. I created a unified ecosystem built to scale globally across every touchpoint, from internal tools to customer-facing products.

Auditors had no centralized view of progress or approvals across the review process. We designed a hub where teams can track the status of every leadership checkpoint through an layered node-based workflow, bringing visibility and structure to the entire review process.

We created a dynamic workspace that integrates evidence identification, determinations, and AI-powered insights into two interaction models: a data-light, question-based split-screen mode, and a data-dense, table-based mode with a detachable support panel for more work space.
