With Coty's 51% acquisition of Kylie Cosmetics and the launch of two new brands, Kylie Skin and Kylie Baby, the Kylie and Coty teams were looking to relaunch the ecommerce experience with updated visuals and functionality. I designed the PDP flow, minicart and checkout experience, focusing on instant sell-out product drops, collabs and seasonal sets.

Launched in 2017, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna revolutionized the beauty industry by offering light-as-air formulas in an inclusive spectrum of shades across skin tones and gender. Just a few years later, Fenty Beauty is valued around $3 billion. I focused on a11y site update initiatives, and created digital experiences for new product launches and seasonal advertising campaigns.

Our task was to design and build a digital-first, ecommerce mobile application that illuminated engaging content and created a one-stop-shop to gift across the spectrum of the 1-800-Flowers.com brands.
After conducting stakeholder interviews and establishing key user flows, I designed a mobile application that is loyalty-centric and is available via iOS and Android app stores. Within a rapid timeline of six months, we created a single-shopping marketplace that unifies and features products from 8 different brands seamlessly under the 1-800-Flowers.com umbrella.
